We started our day off with group devotions at our hotel. Then we had a half an hour of free time before we needed to leave for New Community Fellowship Church on the song taew. We had devotions with Dave. After devotions Tdong gave her testimony. Then Sarah Adams and Krystle talked about the English ministry here in Thailand. They teach English a couple nights a week to try to witness to people. They aren’t allowed to tell them about Jesus straight up, but they can include little things from the Bible if it applies to their lessons. Krystle and Sarah are very worried that no one will come and take over for them. If no one comes and takes over the English ministry, it will be temporarily shut down until they can find someone to start it up again. We then went to the market for lunch. We came back to the church and did random little jobs. Some people got ready for the English fair and others helped pack of Thai purses being sent off to the U.S. Then we split up.
The Campus team helped decorate for the coffee house we were going to be having later that night. Some of us went over to Campus and played badminton and basketball to make relationships with some of the university students. Then it was time for the coffee house. Tonight at the coffee house we were going to be handing out the trophies from the soccer tournament. We were hoping a lot of the soccer players would show up, but not many did. We had a band from Ywam come and play for us. We had fun dancing and singing with the Thai people. Then we road the song taew back to our apartments and went to bed.
